Initiate Your Request
Log in to your MNJ Sales account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
